Olympus Camedia D595 digital camera is a successful innovation over its earlier avatar, D590 and provides a unique camera experience to its users. With good body ergonomics, Olympus D595 is small enough to carry in your purse or coat pocket. A camera as smooth as a feather, it also affords one handed shooting experience, with no perceptible difference in the results. Camera control is very easy with a very less number of buttons on its body. Menu system is very systematic and logically organized as well. Its optical view finder is a little wonder in saving precious battery life. Its big 1.8-inch Semi- Transmissive LCD works great outdoors in bright sunlight and adjusts itself in very low lighting conditions to provide more brightness.

Like any other advanced digital camera of its kind, Olympus D595 combines the raw power of manual control with an efficient auto mode, with ease and quiet perfection. If you use its auto features while capturing images, it acts almost like a point and shoot camera. Its 3x optical zoom is just sufficient for any photographer, who is either a beginner or an advanced amateur. Its 19 shooting modes also provide unique camera opportunities for incredible results. The 3x optical zoom lens combines with a 4x digital zoom, just enough to deliver a total of 12x zoom, assuring you a range of shooting possibilities. If you are looking for an inexpensive digital camera option with a reasonably good performance, the Olympus D595 digital camera is probably a good choice, with its great camera features, good image quality and speedy performance. With an excellent battery life (250 images) and an ultra fast processor, this camera is a great buy at a low price. Interchangeable xD picture card also allows you store more images in the camera itself.
